‘Valmir-Kompani’, has its beginnings in Italy, where the owner Xhemil Shabani, in year ‘94 emigrated to Italy together with his brother Ilmi Shabni, where in 2002 they opened the company ‘Sabani Costruzioni’. This company has collaborated with an International company in Florence of Salvatore Feragamo. With an experienced and qualified staff, it ranks as one of the most successful companies in Italy. In 2015, Xhemil Shabani returned to his hometown and opened the company ‘Valmir-Kompani’, where initially he operated in the import of ceramic tiles from Italy and then in construction. In Italy, the company ‘Sabani Costruzioni’ is currently run by Ilmi Shabani and has 40 employees, while ‘Valmir-Kompani’ in Macedonia has 50 employees. Now investor in the ‘Complex Planet’.
